These terms cover your use of erd-editor.io, including its Google Drive editor at erd-editor.io/gdrive. By using the site you accept them.

Who runs ERD Editor

erd-editor.io is run by dineug (github.com/dineug), who maintains the open-source ERD Editor project. Its source code is published under the MIT License at github.com/dineug/erd-editor.

The service

erd-editor.io is free of charge. It may change, be interrupted or stop at any time, with or without notice.

Your files are yours

The schemas and files you make or edit with ERD Editor belong to you, and ERD Editor claims no rights in them. The local editor keeps them in your browser, and the Google Drive editor keeps them in your Google Drive. Keep your own backups of anything that matters to you.

Google Drive

Using ERD Editor with Google Drive is also subject to Google's own terms. ERD Editor has only the access described in the Privacy Policy, which you can withdraw at any time by signing out or from your Google Account.

Acceptable use

Do not use erd-editor.io to break the law or anyone's rights, and do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the site or its sign-in relay, or try to reach anyone else's data through them.

No warranty

erd-editor.io is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. There is no promise that it will be available, free of errors, or that it will never lose or damage a file.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, dineug is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of erd-editor.io or from being unable to use it, even if told that such damages were possible.

Changes to these terms

A change to these terms is published on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
